Exchanges
We replace items based on the following conditions: wrong item was received, item arrived damaged, item was mislabeled. Pictures of items to be exchanged are required.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should submit a contact form for instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a contact form.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed – Any shipments that go unclaimed and are returned to our facility, you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable)
